Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This includes assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You will have the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and be an efficient worker who can adapt and be flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
