Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors whilst providing high quality service to residents.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome.
  • Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
  • Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Completing administrative duties as required.

  • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
