Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Your key duties will include monitoring the wellbeing of residents, being involved in care planning, supporting medication requirements, supervising staff, and acting as a key point of contact.
