Job summary
This is a temporary receptionist role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves providing professional and high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as handling a range of administrative tasks.
Main duties of the job
As a receptionist at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and recording messages. You will also be required to complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as needed by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the tidiness of the reception area and liaising with the Housekeeping team to ensure high standards are maintained.
