Job summary
The role of Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator at Avery Healthcare involves providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being. Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of residents and promoting their privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfillment. Your duties will include identifying residents' life histories and preferences, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.
