Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Key responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and escalating any clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. No prior experience is required as Avery provides a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within the role.
