Job summary
This role is to work in the dementia unit at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. You will assist residents with their personal hygiene, recognize and understand clinical risk areas, and act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each individual. Avery provides a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within the role.
