Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be on supporting and monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changes that impact their care, and ensuring that new needs are met. You will be involved in the person-centred care planning process, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating care plans. Additionally, you will support residents with their medication requirements, undertake staff supervisions, and act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals.
