Job summary
The receptionist role at Avery Healthcare involves providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as a range of administrative services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident in using computers, and have a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
Main duties of the job
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for answering the telephone and responding to enquiries, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages accordingly. You will also be completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
