Main duties of the job
As the Sous Chef, your main responsibilities will include preparing modified diets that are appealing and well-balanced, supervising and directing the work of culinary staff, ensuring food preparation meets the highest hygiene standards, and supporting the team in understanding Avery's food safety management system.
