Job summary

As a Care Supervisor at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and guiding a small team within the Care Services team. Your focus will be on ensuring Avery's processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards, and that the residents' choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activities.

Main duties of the job

Your responsibilities as a Care Supervisor will include promoting and delivering high-quality person-centered care to residents, closely monitoring and reporting on their daily progress, dealing with any concerns or complaints in a polite, prompt, and appropriate manner, and providing ongoing support for the residents, their families, and the Care Services Team.

  • A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • A recognised Medication administration qualification and experience.
