Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your focus will be on delivering high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You will be expected to practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks. No prior experience is required as Avery provides a thorough induction and training program.
