Job summary
The Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator is responsible for providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being. They will work to understand the needs of the residents and promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents.
Main duties of the job
As the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, your focus will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being and to understand the need to promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents. Other responsibilities include identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.
