Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Other responsibilities include maintaining a safe living and working environment, reporting changes in residents' condition, building strong relationships with residents, organizing and leading daily activities and events, and driving the home's minibus for trips and outings.
