Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your focus will be on assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect. You will also be responsible for recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, escalating any identified risks in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be expected to act courteously towards residents and their visitors, practicing safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
