They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Care Assistant, focusing on delivering high standards of personal care and contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include assisting residents in their personal hygiene care, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practicing safe systems of work. You will live the organization's values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. While experience is not required, Avery Healthcare offers a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within the role.
