Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect. You will also be required to recognize and understand clinical risk areas in residents, escalating any identified risks in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be expected to act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident, and practicing safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
