Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene and recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, all while acting courteously and respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
