Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to the residents. Your duties will include undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterization, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be required to advise families and GPs of any changes in residents' conditions, keep them informed, and involve them in ongoing care decisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during your shift and that residents receive the required care. The role also involves providing high standards of care through accurate assessment and planning.
