Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect; recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner; and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident. You will also be required to practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
