Main duties of the job
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering a variety of activities, maintaining a safe environment, reporting changes in residents' conditions, and assisting with the preparation of supplies. You will need effective communication skills, a positive attitude towards older people, and a commitment to providing quality care and activities.
