Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Your duties will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practicing safe systems of work across a range of tasks. The role requires effective communication skills, the ability to demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and other team members, and the flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
