Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. This will involve maintaining a safe living and working environment, contributing to the positive and professional image of the home, reporting any changes in residents' condition, and supporting the ordering and preparation of supplies for upcoming activities. You will also help establish links with the local community to encourage access and promote intergenerational activity.
