Main duties of the job

As a Regional Decorator at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to undertake decoration and improvement works to the company's operational care homes. This will involve procuring necessary materials, liaising with various stakeholders to plan and execute the work, preparing risk assessments and method statements, and regularly inspecting the care homes to ensure high standards are maintained.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as a Regional Decorator will be to undertake decoration and improvement works to operational care homes within the Avery Healthcare Group.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Procurement of plant and materials necessary to undertake decoration and improvement works
  • Liaison with Avery Estates, Care Home and Regional Directors to plan decoration and improvement works of the companys elderly care communities
  • Preparation of Risk Assessment and Method Statements in relation to decoration and improvement works
  • Regular inspection of care homes and preparation of Home Visit Reports and Scope of Work reports detailing works undertaken
