Main duties of the job

As the Client Liaison Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing process to meet and exceed budget targets, responding to enquiries across multiple channels with professionalism and warmth, managing the pipeline of potential residents to maximize conversion and revenue, building and nurturing relationships with key care influencers and community contacts, and ensuring brand standards and deadlines are consistently met.
