Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect. You will also be responsible for recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practicing safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
