Job summary
The Client Liaison Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing processes in the home, ensuring the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department, meeting and exceeding budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base and maximising revenue. They will also be responsible for developing new contacts and maintaining regular and close contacts with all key care influences.
Main duties of the job
The Client Liaison Manager's focus will be on managing the sales and marketing processes in the home, ensuring the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department, meeting and exceeding budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base and maximising revenue. Other responsibilities will include assisting in answering all general sales and marketing enquiries, managing and keeping up to date the information on the pipeline of potential members, and developing new contacts and maintaining regular and close contacts with all key care influences.
