Main duties of the job

As Regional Support Manager, you'll work closely with the Regional Director to oversee a group of care homes, ensuring they meet performance targets and operate efficiently. You'll be a key player in driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the region. Your responsibilities will include providing focused support to key homes, ensuring compliance and high standards of care, supporting Home Managers in achieving centres of excellence with CQC, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions, and interpreting performance data and quality indicators to inform strategic decisions.

  • A current NMC pin and Registered Nurse qualification

  • At least 3 years experience in a care home management role

  • 5 years experience working with elderly care clients

  • Proven ability to lead teams and support staff development

  • NVQ Level 5 or equivalent in Care for Care Homes
