Job summary

Main duties of the job
As the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a diverse range of activities and events to stimulate the residents' interests and promote their independence, choice, and fulfillment. This will involve understanding the residents' life histories, needs, and preferences, and working closely with the team to create a monthly activity plan and weekly overview. You will also be responsible for arranging outings, encouraging staff, relatives, and visitor involvement, and maintaining a safe and positive environment.
