Job summary
The Deputy Manager-RGN role at Avery Healthcare involves providing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring compliance with medication policies and procedures, monitoring resident wellbeing, and completing required audits and reports. Main duties of the job
Your focus as Care Home Deputy Manager-RGN will be to support the General Manager to operate a compliant and effective person-centred care home which provides a safe, caring and stimulating environment for residents and their visitors, whilst meeting stringent professional and statutory standards and commercial performance targets. Other responsibilities will include providing on-going inspirational leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring that medication policies and procedures are adhered to, monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, and completing monthly audits, quality indicator reports and any other reports as required.
