Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home. You will be responsible for answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and providing administrative support as required. You will need excellent communication skills, be confident using computers, and have a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude. Previous experience in problem-solving and client complaints would be advantageous.
