Job summary
This is a senior care assistant role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the care team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and overall quality of life.
Main duties of the job
Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development.
