Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care to residents, contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services. Your duties will include assisting residents with personal hygiene and recognizing and escalating any clinical risks, all while acting courteously and respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident. Avery is looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual who can communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and adapt to a range of responsibilities.
