Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Your duties will include monitoring residents' wellbeing, implementing and evaluating person-centred care plans, supporting with medication requirements, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, relatives and professionals.
