Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be on offering professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home. You will be responsible for answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and recording messages. You will also be required to complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as needed by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with the Housekeeping team to ensure standards are maintained. You may also be asked to support with social media posting and managing, as well as show arounds.
