Main duties of the job
As an Administrative Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your primary responsibilities will be to support the General Manager and Administrator in administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the Home and meet Head Office deadlines on financial procedures and all information returns. This will include being responsible for the submission of data to enable invoicing, assisting in the preparation and dispatch of management information, placing purchase orders with approved suppliers, and managing residents' personal allowances.
