Main duties of the job
As a Care Home Administrator, your focus will be to support the General Manager, staff, and residents in administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the Home. Responsibilities will include being responsible for the collection of data to enable invoicing, following up on non-payment of fees, collating information and completing the weekly/monthly payroll return, and providing clerical support to the General Manager and other staff. You will be required to coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process of staff within the home.
