Main duties of the job

As the Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering tailored recruitment support to Avery Healthcare's homes in Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. This will involve organizing and attending engaging recruitment events to ensure strong local visibility, training new team members on their recruitment systems and best practices, collaborating with home and regional teams to share insights and drive improvements, and partnering with the Recruitment Manager, Head of Recruitment, and Operations Team to align recruitment with business priorities.
