Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will focus on supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe environment, reporting changes in residents' conditions, and supporting the preparation of supplies for activities. You should have effective communication skills, a positive attitude toward older people, and previous experience working with older people in a residential or nursing Dementia setting.
