Job summary
This role as a Customer Service Advisor at Avery Healthcare in Nuneaton involves providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. The successful candidate will be responsible for the reception area, supporting with show rounds, and actively following up and managing sales enquiries through to admissions.
Main duties of the job
As a Customer Service Advisor, your focus will be to support the Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. Other responsibilities will include being responsible for the reception area and ensuring it is always presented to a high standard, supporting with the process of show rounds, actively following up and managing any sales enquiries through to admissions, and assisting the Home Administrator as required.
