This is a temporary Receptionist role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as administrative duties to support the General Manager.
Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home. You will also provide a range of administrative services, such as answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, maintaining databases, and providing general administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. You will be expected to maintain the tidiness of the reception area and liaise with the Housekeeping team to ensure standards are maintained.
