Job summary
This is a temporary receptionist role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for offering professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as providing a range of administrative services.
Main duties of the job
As a receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as providing a range of administrative services. This will include answering the telephone and responding to enquiries, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages accordingly. You will also be responsible for completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain the general tidiness of the reception area, liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
