They are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Client Liaison Manager, responsible for managing the sales and marketing processes in the home, ensuring effective daily operation, meeting and exceeding budget targets, and maximizing revenue.
Main duties of the job
As the Client Liaison Manager, your focus will be on managing the sales and marketing processes in the home, ensuring the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department, meeting and exceeding budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base and maximising revenue. Other responsibilities will include assisting with sales and marketing enquiries, managing the pipeline of potential members, and developing new contacts with key care influences.
