Job summary
As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. Your focus will be on maintaining the wellbeing of each resident, implementing and monitoring care plans, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Main duties of the job
Your responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of residents, being involved in the care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to be responsive and flexible in your approach.
