Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practicing safe systems of work. Avery Healthcare offers a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within the role, and the ideal candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative and respect, be an efficient worker, and be adaptable and flexible.
