Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to offer professional, high quality customer service as first point of contact within the home as well as providing a range of administrative services. Other responsibilities will include answering the telephone and responding to enquiries, completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. You will also be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area, liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
