Job summary
This is a Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. You will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing.
