Main duties of the job
As the Client Liaison Manager, your focus will be on managing the sales and marketing processes in the home, ensuring the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department, meeting and exceeding budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base, and maximizing revenue. Other responsibilities include ensuring sales targets and deadlines are met, assisting with sales and marketing inquiries, managing the pipeline of potential members, and developing and maintaining contacts with key care influences.
