Job summary

As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the building and grounds are well-maintained, undertaking a variety of routine tasks and applying basic fixes to equipment and systems to keep the facilities fully functional.
Main duties of the job
As a Maintenance Operative, your focus will be to ensure the building and grounds are well maintained, undertaking a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services, and applying basic fixes to equipment and systems while ensuring facilities are fully functional. Other responsibilities will include carrying out general maintenance and basic repairs, supporting new residents to arrange their rooms, undertaking routine re-decoration, advising on supply and quality of items, and providing out-of-hours emergency service.
