Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Your focus will be on assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect. You will also be responsible for recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practicing safe systems of work.
